Mark has been itching to come up with a way to do a little ‘giving back’. This guitar journey we’ve been on for most of our lives has been fulfilling in ways that can’t easily be put into words, but it all started with that epic “First Guitar”. We’ve all had it. We all know how important it is/was.
So to that end, Mark has begun the mission of picking up a cheap electric a couple/three times per year, strip it down, fix anything that needs fixing, upgrading whatever parts warrant upgrading, fine-tune the rest and give it away to a deserving young player.
The first version of this is currently in-progress as he takes a $150 Harley Benton Les Paul Custom copy and turns it into an absolute player.
